New Bloggers’ Guide – Darren Rowse from ProBlogger and the Content Sprint

I am participating in a challenge called Content Sprint hosted by Darren Rowse from ProBlogger this week. The goal of the challenge is to create 6 new pieces of content for your blog in just 7 days. Of course, you can space it out if needed as the teaching videos will be available in the members’ course area. The challenge is extremely affordable. It is $7 for one Content Sprint session or $15 for 3 Content Sprint sessions. Each Content Sprint session lasts 7 days with a daily video tutorial followed by a live Q&A.

What I Love the Most

I love the live Q&A sessions the most because it is incredibly valuable to get a direct response from a veteran blogger. I have participated in at least 3 Content Sprint live Q&A sessions and it seems like all members’ questions get answered during the live Q&A sessions.

Why Darren Rowse?

I listened to Darren Rowse’s podcast a long time ago. I didn’t take any action at that time, however, I grew to like him because of his personality and transparency. If you have never heard of Darren Rowse and are interested in taking part in the Content Sprint challenge, here is what I would suggest you do to see if it is a right fit for you:

Should You Participate?

Check out the free Content Sprint to see if it is something you’d like. Check out at least 3 videos. The roadmap/plan might look simple, but trust me, Darren offered additional insights that helped me come up with so many more ideas.

Check out ProBlogger’s Facebook and turn on the notification. Darren pops on to do free live Q&As based on the trend for the past few weeks! I was lucky to attend at least 2 sessions and got a lot of questions answered. You can check out the previous live Q&As to see if Darren is someone you would like to learn from.

I have been learning so much and coming up with so many blog post ideas thanks to the challenge. I hope you will find it valuable too 🙂 In 2 weeks, I will come back and write about what I have produced during this challenge.
